Discounts

– Multiple villas using three or four bedrooms 5%
– Multiple villas using more than four bedrooms 10%
– Long term stay (10 nights minimum) – low season 15%
– Long term stay (10 nights minimum) – high season 10%
– One bedroom use in 2-bedroom and master villas 15%

Payment Terms and Conditions

– Deposit of 50% to be paid within 5 days of confirmed booking
– Balance of payment due 7 days prior to Guest check-in
– Payment in USD unless otherwise agreed with Saba
– If Guest cancels any rental days more than 30 days before start of rental, 20% of rental amount for the cancelled days will be forfeited
– If the Guest cancels any rental days less than 30 days before the start of the Rental Period then 50% of the rental amount for the cancelled days will be forfeited
– If the Guest cancels less than 7 days before the start of the Rental Period then 100% of the total rental amount will be forfeited
– Any forfeited funds for cancellations more than 7 days from the start of the rental period may be used as a one-time credit towards a future booking within 12 months of the cancelled booking
